Nuevo Simulador de A10C Super Warthog

En la carrera por diseñar nuevas creaciones que apunten hacia el objetivo de tener una serie de simuladores funcionales e interconectables entre sí para volar en red, con un eficiencia y fiabilidad única, Eagle Dinamics nos traes su tercera edición en su Digital Combat Simulador o DCS, el A10C Súper Warthog.

Ya en anteriores oportunidades tuvimos el gusto de disfrutar sus anteriores series como lo fue el DCS Black Shark un helicóptero que ha dejado muy contentos a los seguidores del ala rotatoria, luego tuvimos la llegado hace solo 2 meses del DCS Lock ON 2.0, que es la actualización de ese viejo pero divertido simulador, que ahora tiene la capacidad de conectarse con toda la serie DCS de Eagle Dinamics, aunque aún no llega a Colombia esperamos muy pronto tengamos la oportunidad de poder tenerlo disponible en nuestra tienda.

Este nuevo simulador de A10C exigirá al máximo de nuestros PC ya que su acabado exterior extremada y cuidadosamente acabado con diseños foto realista, una cabina totalmente clickeable, yo diría solo comparable con el ya simulador conocido de Falcon 4.0, que permite realmente tener todos los procedimientos de cabina igual a los del avión real.
La cabina fielmente copiada del A10C en este simulador con pantallas liquidas, un HUD mejorado, nuevas alarmas con respecto al A10 que ya teníamos ene el Lock ON FC, sistema de visión nocturna o NVG, además de que todos los sistemas del avión internamente han sido diseñados para ser simulados con este increíble software.

No puedo decir otra cosa más, sino espectacular¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ :huh: :huh:

Hands-on with the DCS: A-10C Warthog

DCS: A-10C Warthog is by far the most anticipated flight simulator of 2010, and it’s not being shown on the E3Expo 2010 show floor.

However, we did have the opportunity to sit down at the Preview for the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog and DCS: A-10C Warthog at the California Air and Space Museum, and receive some hands-on experience with the simulator. We were guided by the one and only Matt "Wags" Wagner, Producer for DCS: A-10C Warthog.

Matt loaded us into the cockpit of the beautiful A-10C Warthog with engines and all avionics off. He then walked us through the startup procedure, starting fuel pumps, firing the APU, and starting each engine. The startup procedure is simply amazing and rivals that found in Falcon 4.0: Allied Force. As the engines spool up and the avionics systems come online, you are able to perform various BITs (Built In Tests). As with F4:AF, should you want to bypass all the "clickology" and get into the air quickly, that capability is also included.

The flight training in DCS: A-10C Warthog is at a whole new level compared to DCS: Black Shark. All of the training missions in DCS: A-10C Warthog will be completely interactive. Matt described a procedure that explains how something works, shows a flashing icon indicating where/what to click, and then confirms that you have performed the correct action. All training flights will be flown utilizing the Nevada terrain designed for DCS: A-10C Warthog.
