You are invited to participate in an anonymous survey studying: The relationship between personality traits and interpersonal relationships in pilots.

This doctoral dissertation has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at the Pontifical Catholic University, Ponce Puerto Rico by the Industrial Organizational Psychology Department. The study will be carried out via the Internet using an online survey.
